We recognise that claims are a key part of any international broking house and often the only contact insured clients will have after securing their coverage with a broker. We therefore abide by four core principles when managing claims:  

• Tailored, guided claims service: We will identify each client’s exact requirements and guide you through a smooth claims process from initial notification to final settlement.
• Close relationships and optimised processes: We have an outstanding working relationship with our underwriters, loss adjusters and assistance companies. We are constantly refining and improving our claims processes through each touchpoint to maintain the highest level of service.
• Dedicated Claims Team: All of our claims are dealt with by an assigned claims handler in London. We ensure our customers always have a specific point of contact with the necessary skills reachable whenever needed.
• Rigorous communication protocols: We have a strong working relationship with all of our business stakeholders who will be involved in the claims process.
