Jonathan Tritton serves as Managing Director, Burns & Wilcox Global Solutions, overseeing a highly specialized broking business that partners with Burns & Wilcox teams across North America, MENA and Europe, along with our clients worldwide. He is responsible for actively recruiting world-class talent, expanding the Burns & Wilcox product portfolio, driving growth and implementing the company’s advanced digital offerings.

Under Jonathan’s leadership, Burns & Wilcox Global Solutions is well placed to deliver an even more compelling proposition for its clients while further strengthening the company’s position in the London market.

A highly respected broking leader with more than 20 years of experience, Jonathan most recently served as Partner & Executive Vice President for Acrisure London Wholesale, where he was one of the founding leaders that established Acrisure’s London wholesale operation in 2018.

Prior to Acrisure, Jonathan spent nearly a decade at Marsh in a variety of senior leadership roles.

Declan joined the London operation of the HW Kaufman Group in March 2025 to lead the Non-Marine business encompassing North American, International and Global Specialty.

With over 35 years’ industry experience, past roles include leading the North American & International Wholesale Casualty business at Lockton Companies and serving on the Board of Gallagher UK as head of Broking & Placement. 

A strong negotiator with excellent market relationships at both trading and senior management level in London Europe and Bermuda, Declan has strong expertise in the placement of complex deals in tough sectors including Transportation, Power utilities & vegetation management, Construction, Mining and Life Science. 

His focus is to expand on the expertise within the business with a view to providing greater products and market selection for our clients, as well as driving ‘client first’ service and delivery.  

Declan is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner.

Robert is Managing Director and Co-Lead of the Marine Team at Lochain Patrick Insurance Brokers where he has been a key part of the team since 1999.  With over 30 years of experience in the marine industry – including more than 25 years at Lochain Patrick – Robert has extensive expertise across all classes of marine cover.  He is committed to delivering clear, practical advice and building long-term relationships based on trust and professionalism.

Stephanie is Managing Director and Co-Lead of the Marine Team at Lochain Patrick Insurance Brokers.  With over 25 years of experience in the insurance market, she began her career in marine claims before progressing into underwriting with a focus across all marine classes of business. In 2019, she brought her expertise to Lochain Patrick, where she now specialises in broking, developing new business and maintaining strong client relationships.

Nick leads Specialty at Burns & Wilcox Global Solutions, bringing a practical, client-first broking approach to complex risks. He focuses on building strong relationships, solving problems collaboratively and helping clients and partners get the best outcomes in a fast-moving market. With more than 14 years’ experience across both broking and underwriting, Nicholas combines technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset. Known for driving change and innovation, he brings an approachable, forward-looking style to supporting growth across the specialty market.
