Tritton Will Have Responsibility for Kaufman’s London-Based Specialty Broking Unit

LONDON (September 5, 2025) – H.W. Kaufman Group London, the privately held, industry leading global insurance organization, today announced that Jonathan Tritton will join the company as Managing Director. Tritton, who will start later this month will remain based in London and report to H.W. Kaufman Group International CEO Paul Greensmith.

Under Jonathan’s leadership, we will strengthen the Burns & Wilcox position in the London market and around the world.”

Tritton will oversee a highly specialized broking unit that will partner with Burns & Wilcox teams across North America, the MENA region and Europe. Burns & Wilcox Global Solutions will also serve as an important bridge to deepen the company’s relationships in London. Leaders of the company’s existing London-based Marine and Non-Marine teams will report into Tritton.

Previously, Tritton served as Partner & Executive Vice President for Acrisure London Wholesale, where he was one of the founding leaders that established Acrisure’s London wholesale operation in 2018. Prior to Acrisure, Jonathan spent nearly a decade at Marsh in a variety of senior leadership roles.

Today’s announcement follows a series of news from Kaufman as the company continues to transform its London platform and scale worldwide.

Kaufman recently established Burns & Wilcox Global Solutions to house its broking entities and RB Jones Global, which includes the company’s underwriting units. Ed Kelly was named Managing Director for RB Jones Global.

Additionally, the company shared that Helen Jones-Bak will join Kaufman this month as Chief Financial Officer for its international business.
