James Sergeant serves as Executive Director, Burns & Wilcox Global Solutions, where he leads the broking team responsible for working with clients across North America.

With over 20 years of expertise, more than 10 of which have been with Kaufman, James has helped grow the business significantly through close collaboration with clients and markets. 

James is responsible for identifying new opportunities, identifying and securing capacity across multiple product lines, while focused on recruiting the industry’s best talent.
